Learn how to run and compete off-road and off-track, running 2K, 3K and 4K races.
Learn components of running that will benefit you throughout your life including:
healthy lifestyle, injury prevention, core strength and stability,
general strengthening and endurance training.

Eligibility: Any interested OCM student - "No-cut" sport

Cost: $50 General  Athletic fee plus $25 Team fee

Season: July  - October

Practice: M-F (some Saturdays - meet days)
